Student Attendance Enforcement

WCESC coordinates a county-wide student attendance policy as a joint venture between juvenile court staff and school district staff.  Attendance officers from WCESC assist school districts with student residency issues and enforcement of Ohio's compulsory attendance laws and the school district's policy for student attendance.

Truancy Services - WCESC collaborates with Warren County Juvenile Court to provide education and support to parents and youth working to improve attendance.  Truancy Education Groups are held each month for those court ordered to attend.  An online mini course is available to anyone, regardless of court order.  You may access the course and get more information by clicking this link.
